What is Gadgetbox?

GadgetBox is a tech-based subscription box service that sends you boxes of gadgets. You can subscribe for a monthly subscription plan (receive subscription boxes every month), a quarterly subscription plan (receive subscription boxes every 3 months), or a yearly subscription plan (receive subscription boxes every 12 months). 

How do I change my Subscription Plan?

If you would like to change the type of subscription (ie. change from regular to premium subscription), you can do so by logging in and going to your account page (once you log in, click you name on the top right corner and you will be directed to your account page). Once you are on your account page, click "My Profile" on the far left, and then click "Type of Subscription." You will be able to change your subscription from regular to premium, or vice versa. Just re-enter and confirm your payment information and press "Update" to complete the change in subscription.

What is a Gift Subscription? 

 If you would like to give a friend or family member a gift, you can do so through our gift subscription option. The process is the same as a subscribing for yourself. Simply click "Gift" on the toolbar on the top of our homepage and follow the approprate steps (same steps as a normal subscription--the only difference is that you will also have to enter in your recipient's address instead of just your address)

When do I get Billed? 

You will get billed depending on which subscription plan you choose. For the monthly subscription plan you will be billed once a month based on which date you subscribed. For example: if you subscribed on the 19th of October, then you will be billed on the 19th of every month. If you subscribed on the 28th of October, then you will be billed on the 28th of every month. If you subscribed on the 31st of October, then you will be billed on the last day of every month, etc.

For the quarterly subscription plan, you will be billed every 3 months. Once again you wil be billed based on the date you subscribe. So if you subscribe on the 19th of October for a quarterly subscription plan, then you will be billed on the 19th after every 3 months. So in this case, if you subscribed for the quarterly subscription box on the 19th of October, your next billing will be on the 19th of January--3 months later.

For the yearly subscription plan, you will be billed every year in January, regardless of which month you signed up in. The yearly subscription plan means that you receive a box full of technology based gadgets during January of each year--once a year (annually). 

If I cancel after I was already billed for the month, will I still receive my box?

Yes, you will still receive your subscription box for that month.

I only wanted a box for one month, Why was I billed for a second month?

All of our subscription plans are automated billing. If you wanted a box for only one month, you can email the GadgetBox team at info@gadgetbox.us and we will cancel your recurring subscription and refund you for the extra month you were charged. 

What payment options are available?

All credit card payments from MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Visa are accepted. We are not currently integrated with PayPal therefore do no accept payments from PayPal at the moment. 

How do I obtain a statement or bill for my subscription?

As of now, we currently do not provide a way of downloading your bill, or statement for your subscription. If you'd like a record of your payments, you can email us at info@gadgetbox.us and we will provide you with a document that lists your settled transactions. 

When do the boxes ship?

We aim to ship our boxes between the 16th to 19th of each month. This means that you will recieve your box between the 23rd to 27th of each month (will be delivered faster or slower depending on where you live). 

It's the end of the month and my box still hasn't arrived. What should I do?

We will let you know beforehand if your box will be delayed due to an internal issue. However, if we have not notified you of any delay, please email us at info@gadgetbox.us for support or feel free to contact your local post office with the tracking information to get an update on your box. 

I changed my address, What should I do?

You can change your address by logging in and updating it on your account page. (Once you login, click on your name on the top right and you will be directed to your account page. You then click "My Profile" on the far left and then click "Address" where you can update your address. Or you can email us at info@gadgetbox.us with your new address and we will update it for you.

My tracking status displays delivered, yet I never received the package. What should I do?

Please be sure to contact your local post office with the tracking information and see how they can assist you with the issue.

I subscribed but received an email saying that I won't receive the box until the following month Why is this the case?

If you susbcribed after we shipped out the boxes for the month, then you will recieve your subscription box the following month. For example, if you subscribed on December 9th but we shipped out  all of our boxes on December 7th, then you will recieve your box the next time we ship our boxes which would be in January. 

How do I cancel a subscription?

We're sorry to see you go! You can email the GadgetBox team at info@gadgetbox.us regarding your request to cancel and we will process your cancelation request immediately
